Postage & packing

Important notes
Due to the quantity, size, weight and shape of the various products, postage and packing must be calculated on each individual order. The basis in which we work this out are as follows (E&OE):-

1. Postage is £4.99 (under 1kg), £5.99 (under 2kg) and £7.95 per parcel (UK mainland), unless otherwise stated. A single parcel can weigh up to 30kg (subject to volume-metric limit)

a. Orders of any punch bags, wall brackets or stretching machine are £7.95 each (example: 3ft punch bag and a deluxe wall bracket will have £15.90 p&p added)
b. All Orders over £75 will be shipped free of charge for mainland UK only (this excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, IOM and all EU and none EU destinations)

2. This rate applies to UK mainland only. Please follow the 'checkout' basket for more details of shipping to other Zones.

3. We will always try to despatch complete orders subject to availability which sometimes may cause delay. You can request immediate partial delivery, but please bear in mind that this will increase your postage cost.
