Due to the quantity, size, weight and shape of the various products, postage and packing must be calculated on each individual order. The basis in which we work this out are as follows (E&OE):-

1. Postage is £7.95 per parcel, unless otherwise stated. A single parcel can weigh up to 35kg. Larger items or multiple quantity orders may require multiple parcels which will be charged pro-rata. Where we can, we will ship item/s together saving you money

a. Orders of any punch bags, wall brackets or stretching machine are £7.95 each (example: 3ft punch bag and a deluxe wall bracket will have £15.90 p&p added)
b. All Orders over £75 will be shipped free of charge for mainland UK only (this excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, IOM and all EU and none EU destinations)
c. Orders under 500gms will be charged £4.50 for UK mainland only.
d. Single magazines are £1 p+p. Multiple books are weighed and charged pro-rata, maximum £7.95
e. Otherwise the default p&p on all other items ordered will be £7.95 per parcel (up to 35kg)

2. This rate applies to UK mainland only. For other locations please telephone (+44 (0)1707 331001) or email for a quote. During on-line purchasing, please tick the appropriate box for cost of p&p to be notified via email.

3. For Northern Ireland postage is £14 per parcel. EIRE is £25 per parcel.

4. We will always try to despatch complete orders subject to availability which sometimes may cause delay. You can request immediate partial delivery, but please bear in mind that this will increase your postage cost.
